5.Installation steps and precautions?




Steps:

  • Mount the frame to the rack with alignment.

  • Install splice trays and store slack fibers (bend radius ≥40mm).

  • Splice fibers to pigtails, secure heat-shrink sleeves.

  • Insert adapters, connect patch cords, and label ports.

Precautions:

  • Avoid fiber bends or tension.

  • Test splice loss with OTDR post-installation.

Cleaning: Clean adapters with fiber pens.

Splice Inspection: Check heat-shrink sleeves for damage.
